TerraBarn Inc is seeking a highly driven and tech-savvy Finance & Accounting Manager to lead the financial operations, compliance, and digital initiatives of our organization. We are looking for an experienced professional who can navigate the complexities of the financial landscape while driving innovation within our accounting processes.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of financial operations, ensuring strict adherence to BSP (Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas) regulations, and fostering a culture of financial excellence. This role requires a strategic thinker who is comfortable working in an onsite environment and leveraging technology to improve financial reporting and efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure strict compliance with BSP and NBFI regulatory requirements, including financial reporting and risk management standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and accuracy in financial tasks.
- Implement and optimize financial software and digital tools to streamline accounting processes.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports for stakeholders.
- Conduct comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decision-making.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely and accurate filings.
Kualifikasi
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a valid license is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Proven experience in the Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech sector (BSP/NBFI experience preferred).
- Strong technical proficiency in financial management systems (ERP) and accounting software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City.
