Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the Finance & Accounting department, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports to management.
- Oversee the budgeting process, including forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic financial planning.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax laws, financial regulations, and internal control policies.
- Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Conduct cost control analysis to optimize operational expenses and improve profitability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree or CPA/CMA certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
