Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute regional finance strategies aligned with Japan HQ objectives and Southeast Asia growth targets
- Lead end-to-end financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting
- Build and manage a high-performance finance team, establishing scalable processes for regional expansion
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian financial regulations and international accounting standards (IFRS)
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives through financial insights and risk assessment
- Optimize working capital management and implement cost-control measures for FMCG operations
- Drive digital transformation in finance systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA/MBA preferred
- Minimum 8+ years of finance experience with 3+ years in managerial roles
- Proven track record in FMCG or fast-moving consumer goods industry
- Expertise in regulatory compliance (Malaysian tax laws, Companies Act) and international financial standards
- Strong leadership skills with experience building and developing high-performing finance teams
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial analytics tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with Japan headquarters
- Strategic mindset with demonstrated ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights
