Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the full cycle of financial accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian GAAP.
- Develop, monitor, and manage the annual budget and forecasts, providing strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, tax filings, and financial auditing requirements.
- Mentor and develop the finance team to foster a high-performance culture and ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize working capital and manage cash flow effectively.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders regarding financial queries and reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/ACCA certification is a plus).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance management or accounting, preferably within the technology or manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) required to liaise with regional headquarters.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, including PPh, PPN, and BKPM requirements.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse teams.
