Megapolitan Developments is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance, Accounting Manager (Mall) to lead the financial operations of our premier shopping destinations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily financial operations, accounting, and reporting for the mall.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Develop and manage the annual operating budget, including rental income and operational expenses.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Conduct monthly financial reviews with property management and stakeholders.
- Manage cost control measures and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and financial audit requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance management, preferably within the retail, mall, or property development industry.
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and cost control.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in Excel is required.
