Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls
- Manage financial reporting processes and provide insights to senior leadership
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls
- Collaborate with department heads to understand financial needs and provide financial guidance
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and financial institutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably wire or metal manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
