Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the accounting team across Pekanbaru, Tasikmalaya, and Banyuwangi locations
- Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports
- Implement and maintain effective financial controls and procedures
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions
- Conduct regular financial analysis and provide strategic insights to management
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities
- Develop and monitor budgets to ensure financial targets are met
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a professional certification (CPA, CA, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management, preferably in the manufacturing or ceramics industry
- Proven experience leading and developing accounting teams
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations
