Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full spectrum of accounting and finance operations, including GL, AP/AR, and tax compliance.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK/IFRS.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes to support business objectives.
- Monitor retail inventory valuation, margins, and operational costs to drive profitability.
- Ensure full adherence to local tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
- Liaise with internal/external auditors and tax authorities for periodic reviews.
- Implement and optimize financial internal controls to mitigate operational risks.
- Provide strategic financial reporting and actionable insights to support management decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/CA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in finance management, specifically within the retail or FMCG industry.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN).
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing high-performing accounting teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data into business solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
