Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards.
- Communicate and negotiate with Mandarin-speaking vendors and clients regarding financial transactions, invoices, and contracts.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, financial forecasts, and variance analysis to support business planning.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a regular basis to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure all tax filings and statutory compliance requirements are met in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support operational objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Fluent in Mandarin (speaking and writing) with a strong command of English.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Tax Regulations (PPh 21, PPh 23) and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
