Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage daily, monthly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts to guide business strategy.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to maintain financial health.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and resolve any financial discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of tax obligations and compliance with local tax regulations.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce and sales teams to track revenue and optimize financial processes.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, ledgers, and documentation.
- Assist in internal and external audits to ensure transparency and regulatory compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Finance & Accounting Officer or similar role, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
