Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports in strict compliance with local tax regulations.
- Handle general administrative tasks related to finance, accounting, and office operations.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor daily cash flow to ensure financial stability.
- Assist in the preparation of accurate financial statements and monthly closing reports.
- Maintain highly organized financial records, physical documents, and digital filing systems.
- Communicate and liaise effectively with external auditors, banking partners, and tax authorities when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a closely related field.
- Proven professional experience as a Finance Officer, Accounting Officer, or similar role.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian taxation principles (PPh, PPN) and familiar with e-filing systems.
- Proficiency in standard accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, MYOB) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced business environment.
