Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations.
- Coordinate with tax authorities to ensure timely filing of VAT, withholding taxes, and income tax returns.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure optimal liquidity for operational requirements.
- Support the finance manager in the annual budgeting process and variance analysis.
- Monitor and manage petty cash and company expenses, ensuring strict adherence to internal financial policies.
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external audit requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA license is a strong advantage.
- At least 2-4 years of professional experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of Philippine tax laws, accounting standards (PFRS), and financial reporting.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong integrity and ethical standards regarding financial information management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
