Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian accounting standards
- Oversee tax compliance activities including VAT, income tax, and corporate reporting submissions
- Develop and monitor organizational budgets, conducting variance analysis to support financial decision-making
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of audit findings
- Implement and optimize accounting systems/processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Provide financial insights and reports to support strategic business initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance/accounting roles, preferably in legal or professional services
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh) and financial reporting standards
- Professional certification (e.g., Akuntan Publik, Brevet A/B) highly valued
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
