Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance to optimize resource allocation
- Coordinate with internal departments to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis for operational units
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Support audit processes and maintain organized financial documentation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance & Accounting role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Willingness to work in Kelapa Gading area
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and tax compliance
