Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, accurately and timely.
- Perform bank reconciliations, ledger reconciliations, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, analyses, and statements using SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Contribute to process improvements within the finance department to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Demonstrated proficiency and good working knowledge of SAP is essential.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis).
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
