Finance/Accounting Officer (SAP, Excel)

Are you an experienced Finance/Accounting Officer with a strong command of SAP and Advanced Excel? This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the accounting and financial planning & analysis (FP&A) function of a well-established company.

You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain full sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) functions.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Handle cash flow management, daily bank reconciliations, and inter-company transactions.
• Support the FP&A team in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
• Generate detailed financial and operational reports using SAP and Advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Power Query).
• Assist in tax computations, GST submissions, and year-end audit schedules.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal controls, SFRS, and group accounting policies.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline finance operations and enhance reporting accuracy.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
• Hands-on experience with SAP is mandatory for this position.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Macros).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders across departments.
• Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and tax regulations is highly advantageous.
