We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Officer to join our dynamic finance team in Geylang Bahru. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing core accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy of financial data, and supporting the company’s overall financial health. You will work closely with management to provide insights through precise reporting and ensure all regulatory compliance is met.

You will be at the heart of the month-end closing process, ensuring that all accounts are reconciled, reports are generated on time, and financial processes are optimized for efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform end-to-end monthly closing procedures, including preparation of trial balance and financial statements.
- Conduct thorough account reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and intercompany accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Manage and process accounts payable and receivable transactions using SAP and Excel.
- Prepare variance analysis reports and assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and ensure proper depreciation calculations.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and supporting documentation for internal/external audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulatory accounting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CAC).
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in accounting, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong proficiency in SAP ERP system (S/4HANA experience is a plus).
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
- Deep understanding of general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
