Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Manage financial reconciliation processes and resolve discrepancies
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure financial compliance with company policies and regulations
- Implement and improve accounting processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Supervise accounting staff and provide guidance on complex financial matters
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review
- Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting operations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas
- Experience with SAP S4 Hana or similar ERP systems is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
