Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and reports for the MNC's shared service center
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements
- Collaborate with regional teams across APAC to ensure financial consistency and compliance
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes for various business units
- Conduct financial audits and ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance financial operations efficiency
- Assist with special financial projects as required by the finance leadership team
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS) is advantageous
- Previous experience working in an MNC or shared service center is preferred
