Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accurate financial records and timely reconciliation of accounts.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to tax regulations, including filing corporate tax returns and managing tax audits.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and accurate invoicing.
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to facilitate smooth audit processes.
- Implement and monitor internal financial controls to mitigate risks and improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation; CPA or ACCA certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the insurance or brokerage sector.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
