Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate financial reporting, month-end closing, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and statutory filing requirements.
- Execute comprehensive audit procedures to identify operational inefficiencies and mitigate financial risk.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with a focus on cash flow optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline internal financial processes.
- Prepare complex financial models, budgets, and forecasts for executive review.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members (for Senior/Managerial roles).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA license is a strong advantage.
- Proven professional experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis, Audit, or Tax.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero).
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to work in a hybrid or onsite work model as required.
