Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle factory accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Direct the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with MFRS/IFRS standards.
- Lead tax compliance initiatives, including SST/GST filings, corporate tax planning, and transfer pricing documentation.
- Manage the internal and external audit processes, ensuring all financial records are audit-ready and compliant.
- Analyze factory production costs and variances to provide actionable insights for operational efficiency.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance department team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Prepare comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections to support business development objectives.
- Establish and enforce robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CA is highly preferred).
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting, specifically within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Deep understanding of Malaysian taxation laws, regulatory requirements, and financial reporting standards.
- Proven ability to manage factory-level costing and inventory accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a focus on business process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin (to effectively communicate with local and international stakeholders).
- Proven leadership capabilities with experience in managing small to medium-sized teams.
