Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor Accounts Receivable processes to ensure timely collections and accurate record-keeping.
- Execute General Ledger entries and maintain the integrity of financial data within the accounting system.
- Monitor and record fixed assets (Aktiva) and liabilities (Passiva) to ensure accurate balance sheet reporting.
- Perform comprehensive Bank Reconciliations on a regular basis to ensure data accuracy.
- Handle Leasing and Casual Leasing reconciliations to support property management revenue tracking.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements for management review.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with company financial policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
- Strong understanding of General Ledger principles and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
