Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records
- Prepare monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Oversee treasury operations including cash management, banking relationships, and liquidity planning
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in financial records
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis for financial forecasting
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial examinations
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance and accounting roles
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
