Eazystay, a rapidly growing leader in property management and hospitality, is looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Specialist to join our dynamic team in Cimahi. With a portfolio of over 50 properties and counting, we are seeking a professional who can maintain financial integrity, drive operational efficiency, and support our continued expansion in the hospitality sector.

As our Finance & Accounting Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing the financial health of our property operations. You will be responsible for accurate bookkeeping, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for property operations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to track property expenses and revenue streams.
  • Maintain compliance with local tax regulations and filing requirements.
  • Reconcile bank statements and perform monthly ledger closures.
  • Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Ensure all financial documentation is organized, accurate, and accessible for audits.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, 23, 25, VAT).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with high levels of accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
