Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial operations including accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Develop and maintain budgets while monitoring actual performance against forecasts
- Conduct internal audits to verify financial accuracy and identify improvement areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic financial planning
- Maintain digital and physical financial records with strict confidentiality
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and GAAP standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication abilities for financial reporting
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
