Join PT Mapal Indonesia as a Finance & Accounting Specialist and become a cornerstone of our financial operations. In this critical role, you'll ensure the integrity and accuracy of our financial data while driving strategic decision-making. You'll prepare comprehensive monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and profit/loss analyses, providing leadership with actionable insights into our financial health. Your expertise will maintain the general ledger with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and regulatory requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare monthly balance sheets, income statements, and profit/loss statements
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger with precision
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management
- Monitor financial transactions and enforce internal controls
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Coordinate with auditors during financial reviews
- Support tax compliance and documentation processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of finance/accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK)
- Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA) preferred
