Tanggung Jawab
- Process and maintain accurate financial records using designated accounting systems
- Generate comprehensive financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting processes
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary financial information
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with high level of accuracy in financial data handling
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
