Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly financial statements and ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards
- Handle tax compliance documentation and coordinate with external auditors
- Support budgeting processes and variance analysis for operational departments
- Communicate financial reports and documentation in Mandarin for Chinese-speaking partners
- Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and financial data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of finance/accounting experience
- Native or fluent Mandarin language proficiency (written/spoken)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and GAAP principles
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Certification (Akuntan Publik/CPA) preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
