We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Accounting Staff to join the team at Griya Miesejati. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations, ensuring accurate recording of transactions, and supporting our core accounting processes.
Our ideal candidate is proficient in using accounting software to manage daily financial journals. You will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring that all invoices are processed accurately and payment schedules are met. Additionally, you will assist in tax compliance and reporting, working closely with the finance team to meet regulatory requirements and ensure smooth business operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Process and manage daily financial journal entries using accounting systems.
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, ensuring accuracy in recording and reconciliation.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and reports.
- Collaborate with the tax department to ensure compliance with local tax regulations and requirements.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a regular basis.
- Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and explanations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and filing systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting, specifically with AP, AR, and journal entries.
- Familiarity with accounting software and systems (SAP, Xero, or similar).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Tax regulations and compliance standards.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
