In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial health of our operations. As part of our finance department, you will gain exposure to diverse aspects of corporate accounting, helping us drive success in the competitive F&B market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and corporate credit card accounts on a regular basis.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and ensure accurate depreciation schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and perform variance analysis against actual performance.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement and invoicing workflows.
- Ensure compliance with all local tax regulations, including PPh and VAT filings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably within the F&B or retail sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero).
- Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (Brevet A/B certification is a plus).
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
