Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements and general ledger accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Support budget preparation and financial forecasting activities.
- Conduct regular audits of financial documents to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Associate Degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in general accounting or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, or Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
