Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy in all accounting records
- Prepare monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Handle accounts payable/receivable processes and maintain vendor/customer relationships
- Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPnBM) and accounting standards (PSAK)
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve financial discrepancies
- Support internal audits and provide necessary financial documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 Akuntansi/Komputerisasi Akuntansi)
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPnBM) and PSAK standards
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience in financial modeling
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
