Geulis.id is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Accounting Staff to join our dynamic finance team in Jakarta Utara. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations and ensure the accuracy of all financial transactions.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure liquidity.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Monitor budget expenses and provide regular financial reports to management.
- Review and process invoices, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital financial records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, or QuickBooks).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and tax compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
