Tanggung Jawab
- Manage comprehensive Accounts Payable (AP) activities, including meticulous invoice verification, accurate vendor payment processing, and diligent accounts payable monitoring.
- Prepare and process journal entries, ensuring proper classification and allocation across various accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and other balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain precise and organized financial records, ledgers, and files in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles and Indonesian tax regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in a finance or accounting role, with a strong focus on Accounts Payable (AP).
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger functions.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, Oracle, MYOB) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all financial tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
