Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and transaction documentation
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian accounting standards
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice verification and payment scheduling
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure cash flow accuracy
- Support tax compliance activities, including tax filings and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for decision-making
- Participate in internal audits and process improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 Akuntansi/Keuangan)
- 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems is preferred
