Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor and process tax reporting (PPh, PPN) in accordance with Indonesian regulations.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy.
- Support the finance manager in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis for construction projects.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities as required.
- Maintain systematic filing of financial documentation and records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar Finance or Accounting role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting principles (PSAK) and tax regulations (e-Faktur, e-Bupot).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong integrity and commitment to maintaining financial confidentiality.
