Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
- Support the tax department in preparing and filing tax returns (PPh, PPN) in accordance with local regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and perform variance analysis.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain and organize financial documentation and archives for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or financial administration.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations and PSAK (Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse team.
- Strong integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information.
