Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing
- Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports in compliance with Indonesian accounting standards
- Process accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense reimbursements
- Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting
- Ensure tax compliance and support external audit processes
- Maintain organized financial documentation and digital records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (mandatory requirement)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience (internships included)
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven problem-solving skills for financial discrepancies
