Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for the specialty coffee industry? Tuang Coffee is looking for a dedicated Finance & Accounting Staff to join our headquarter team in Tebet, Jakarta. In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring the seamless management of our green bean wholesale business and our growing network of retail outlets.

We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong analytical mindset. You will play a crucial role in maintaining financial integrity, supporting operational efficiency, and providing the financial visibility needed for our continued growth. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily bookkeeping, including recording transactions, invoices, and payment tracking for wholesale and retail divisions.
  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits for green bean stock and retail supplies to ensure accurate COGS reporting.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to reconcile sales data across all retail outlets.
  • Handle tax documentation and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
  • Manage petty cash and oversee office expenses to maintain budget alignment.
  • Support year-end audit processes and internal financial reviews.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles (fresh graduates with strong internships are encouraged to apply).
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Xero, or similar) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, tax regulations (PPh, PPN), and inventory management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data with high accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across different departments.
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and able to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
