PT Lestari Sukses Nusantara is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Staff to join our expanding team in Pal Merah, Jakarta. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the financial integrity of our clinic branch operations. You will be responsible for end-to-end financial reporting, cash flow management, and ensuring that all accounting records comply with company standards and tax regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping for clinic branch operations.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Oversee cash flow management, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and petty cash reconciliation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and financial documentation.
- Support the tax filing process and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
- Monitor and analyze branch financial performance to identify opportunities for cost efficiency.
- Perform regular audits of financial data to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in finance or accounting (clinical or healthcare industry experience is a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, 23, PPN).
- High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication and integrity in managing sensitive financial information.
