Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily finance operations including accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and management reports with accurate analysis
- Conduct bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Coordinate internal and external audits ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- Handle tax compliance matters including tax filings, VAT returns, and statutory reporting
- Maintain organized financial records and implement internal control procedures
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting processes
- Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 2 years experience in finance/accounting role
- Proficiency in Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with financial reporting and reconciliation processes
- Knowledge of internal control and audit procedures
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
