We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Accounting Staff to join the dynamic team at Veron Indonesia. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial health of the company by ensuring accurate accounting records and smooth financial operations. Your primary focus will be on the basic yet essential functions of finance and accounting. You will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), ensuring that all transactions are processed efficiently. You will assist in the creation of invoices, review financial documents for accuracy, and support the month-end closing process. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) ledgers.
- Prepare and issue invoices accurately, ensuring they comply with company policies and tax regulations.
- Review and verify invoices, receipts, and expense reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure data consistency.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and reconciliation statements.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payment status and invoices.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in general accounting or finance is preferred.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, PPh 23, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
