Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely processing
- Prepare monthly financial statements and budget reports
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts and general ledger
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Support annual audits and maintain accurate financial records
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on financial planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (S1 Akuntansi) or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and PSAK standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred
