You will work closely with senior management to analyze financial data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to our financial systems and processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure all accounts are balanced and accurate
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Process tax filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and analysis
- Implement and improve financial systems and processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven problem-solving abilities and time management skills
