Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of general ledger accounts and financial records.
- Perform timely bank reconciliations and verify transaction accuracy.
- Support the team in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with high attention to detail.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with BIR regulations.
- Monitor and track expenses, ensuring all documentation is properly filed and organized.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve accounting discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related business course.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
