Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly financial forecasts.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all financial data is accurately recorded.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and accounting standards (PSAK).
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial workflows and documentation.
- Support internal and external audit processes as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an Accounting or Finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, 23, Final, PPN).
- Strong analytical thinking and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
