Tanggung Jawab
- Process and record financial transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements following PSAK standards
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and payment processing
- Conduct bank reconciliations and general ledger account analysis
- Assist in budget preparation and variance reporting
- Support internal/external audits with documentation and compliance checks
- Implement and maintain financial controls to prevent discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance/accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills with data analysis capabilities
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and PSAAK
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
