In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Account Receivable (AR) process. Your expertise will ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded, invoices are generated promptly, and payment reconciliations are flawless. We are looking for a candidate who is proactive in monitoring outstanding debts and maintaining healthy cash flow.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and execute daily Account Receivable (AR) journal entries and general ledger postings.
- Generate accurate and timely invoices for customers and partners.
- Perform detailed bank reconciliation and payment record verification.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collections.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing procedures and reporting.
- Maintain organized financial documentation and filing systems.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong understanding of AR processes, financial reporting, and reconciliation.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
