About the Role:
As a Disbursement Specialist, you will be the gatekeeper of our cash flow, ensuring that invoices are paid correctly and financial records are up-to-date.
Tanggung Jawab
- Process daily disbursement requests and verify all supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Perform regular bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow status.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial vouchers and records.
- Assist in the monthly closing process and prepare supporting schedules.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments regarding payment status and requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company financial policies and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting, general ledger, or disbursement processing.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or MYOB) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
